Warm wishes for the new year but alas, winter has come to the workshop. Hone your skills crafting a barren landscape or perhaps a 3d portrait of hearty warriors of Northern lands. Whether you create a character, prop, weapon, or environment it should embody the icy grip of winter. Or maybe it’s just a hot pocket that hasn’t gone in the microwave yet? I don’t know.
Starting today feel free to post your progress in #the-workshop where you can give and receive focused critiques. There arenโt any specific limits to triangles or texture size, but keeping a target in mind to work towards is still a good idea.
Pick a target to work towards and gather reference. Weโd like to see reference from so that we can more accurately critique your work. That being said, your reference can be from anything from a game to a traditional painting. Just something to help establish your goals.
